Overseas Prime Block:
Capital Smart City Overseas Prime is now all ready for possession. The possession of the sectors in Overseas Prime Block includes;
- Overseas Prime Block – Sector A
- Overseas Prime Block – Sector B
- Overseas Prime Block – Sector C
- Overseas Prime Block – Sector D
- Overseas Prime Block – Sector E
- Overseas Prime Block – Sector F
- Overseas Prime Block – Sector G
- Overseas Prime Block – Sector H
The procedure that needs to be followed in order to secure possession is as follows;
- Development Charges, Extra Land Charges and Prime Location Charges to be paid immediately but for the convenience of the members, Capital Smart City has now split the charges into 4 quarterly payments.
- In case any member starts the construction on their respective plot till 31st December, 2022, as a favor and facility Capital Smart City will extend their Development Charges to 6 Quarterly payments. In addition, if a member completes their grey structure and outer finishes by 31st March, 2023, the Development charges will further be extended by 1 Quarterly installment.
*An Application for extension of development charges will require to be submitted*
- Extra Land Charges and Utility Charges must be paid at the time of possession
- Moreover, to benefit the members even more, Capital Smart City has announced to return the 50% Development Charges to First 25 Members of each block who start their house constructions before 31st December, 2022.
Executive Block:
The plots in Capital Smart City Executive Block that were recently balloted will now be getting land possession. Executive Block Sector B will be getting the possession. In addition, following instruction are required to be noted for possession process.
- Development Charges, Extra Land Charges and Prime Location Charges to be paid immediately but for the convenience of the members, Capital Smart City has now split the charges into 4 quarterly payments.
