Capital Smart City is a fast growing, first smart city of Pakistan that has achieved many milestones over a short span.
In the latest announcement made by the management of Capital Smart City, the balloting process of 3 more blocks will be done soon. The blocks are;
- Overseas Prime
- Harmony Park
- Harmony Park Overseas
The members of the above mentioned blocks will be eligible to participate in the balloting ceremony only if they have payed 50% of their installments before the 20th of April, 2022. Members with less than 50% paid installments will not be able to part take in the balloting process.
However, good news for the members who have paid 50% of their installments or more by 20th April, 2022 will have an edge over the other’s and will be given the advantage to choose their own plots by the 9th of May, 2022 i.e. before the balloting ceremony. So, pay your dues as soon as possible to get the plots of your choice in a place of your dreams.
